How to Order


Do your prices include tax?

All checkout prices includes Italian and European tax. All other prices are exclusive of local import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Which credit card are available?

We Accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, American Express. Our credit card operator is Unicredit Spa.

When I will be charged for my order?

You’ll be charged for your order once is despatched from our warehouse.

What shipping method are available?

Orders for Italy  are sent via BRT. All others orders are sent via secure courier.

How long will it take to get my package?

Our couriers guarantee the parcel delivery in 7 days. This is our standard. If there is any hitch we will be here to help you solve it as soon as possible. We can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, according to the prices provided by the relevant courier companies.

Can I return a product?

You are allowed to change your mind. You may return your new and unused item in its full original packaging within 14 days.

If your product proves to be defective or you have used a product for a while and have warranty issues with the manufacturer, or if we have shipped the incorrect item to you, please contact us and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back.

Please, contact our customer service by mail before returning any items. Note that we may ask you to send us picture of the damaged or defective merchandise.

How can I return a product?

For the items purchased online send your return to the relevant address below within 8 days.

Complete and enclose the returns form (download available here). Products and packaging must be returned in their original state. Please send all returns via a recorded delivery method.

Can I change my product?

We are sorry but you can’t. You can only return it and place a new order.

Which is the best way to take care of my socks?

Put them in a wash bag, machine wash at 30 degree, don not bleach, do not iron, do not dry-clean and keep them together.

I washed my socks and they seems shrunk

We design our socks to give your feet comfort and great flexibility. After a home wash they can appear to have shrunk because of the manufacturing process. Wearing them again they will make them return to their original shape.
