1. What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Being surrounded by friends and family, knowing that we are all healthy and safe, enjoying together the things that make us most happy. The days leading up to and following my wedding were like that…all the people I cared about in one place, together, healthy, as happy as could be.

2.What is your greatest fear?
Death, but not my own, but of anyone I love.

3. What is the trait you most deplore in yourself?
Procrastination, not prone to it, but when I find that I am guilty of it, it bothers me

4. What is the trait you most deplore in others?
Insincerity and dishonesty…ill pick two

5.Which living person do you most admire?
I would have to say my father for his steadfast morals, being a self-made man and for being perfectly happy because his family is happy.

6.What is your greatest extravagance?
Living on permanent vacation so to speak…when I get off of work I am immediately on vacation in Italy… which is a sort of extravagance in and of itself. A physical splurge would have to be our Rocket Espresso machine at home…expensive but such a great investment.

7.What is your current state of mind?
Ready to mash some pedals at the house, unhappy about having to do it on the indoor trainer, but happy to be doing that instead of answering the 2038themail of the day

8.What do you consider the most overrated virtue?
That is a tough one… cant say as if I have one I don’t feel is necessary.

9.What do you most dislike about your appearance?
I think that I have embraced my appearance and don’t suffer due to any aspect of it. I once thought I would like to be taller but that would mean I couldn’t get great deals on kid size clothes anymore!

10.Which living person do you most despise?
I have a few but I don’t think it would be prudent to name names

11.Which words or phrases do you most overuse?
“ne parliamo” or “we will see”

Easy: Family both original and acquired

13.When and where were you happiest?
Its hard to pinpoint it but it always involved being together with family and friends

14.Which talent would you most like to have?
I would have loved to been able to play the guitar…or really any musical instrument to the point that I could simply play whatever I have in my head. …that and being able to sleep whenever I decide to. Not really a talent but it is something I envy of those who can do it.

15.If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
To be more self-less perhaps

16.What do you consider your greatest achievement?
Realizing what I wanted and doing exactly what it took to get it…vague answer perhaps but its honest.

17.If you were to die and come back as a person or a thing, what would it be?
Id come back as several different people…the list is long actually. Id come back as them in some cases to experience life as that person in other cases to do a better job than they did given the opportunities they had/have

18.Where would you most like to live?
I think I am sort of doing it now…only I miss the ocean a bit. If I could have the ocean at my doorstep and some nice riding closeby perhaps that would make it even better.

19.What is your favorite occupation?
Marketing is a lifestyle more than an occupation…espescially if you feel motivated to do it creatively…

Communication …I love to communicate. I don’t feel right unless I have spoken to everyone around me.

21.What do you most value in your friends?
Honesty and loyalty

22.Which historical figure do you most identify with?
Never really thought about it…

Any harsh words that I ever spoke to my mother

27.Pre ride tea or coffee?

28.Toast or cake?

30.Gloves long or short or no gloves at all?
Depends on the weather…although I have been known to wear long fingered XC gloves in road races at times

Shoes for sure

32.Socks under or over pants?

33.Sunglasses under or over helmet straps?

34.Any lucky charms, stuff or ritual?
I have the small angel from my wife’s hometown… its on the top tube of all of my custom painted bikes and also on my necklace. My wife, sister and mom all have the same design in their room on a small ceramic.

35.What is your motto?
I likes Elvis’s #takingcareofbusiness, my mom’s: people don’t care what you know until they know that you care and the bible’s: Jeremiah 29:11 …that and Rule #5 J
