RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Making a return it is easy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, the size doesn’t fit you or if the product has a defect, return it within 30 days of delivery by the courier.
Returns will be accepted only for items that have not been used, damaged or have defects attributable to production.
Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from thewonderfulsocks.com, if you purchased at one of our stores you should contact the store directly.
If on receipt of the product you are not sure about your purchase, store the product in its original packaging until you have decided whether or not you want to store it.
All returns must be in intact condition, as new, not washed and not worn.
When returning items to The Wonderful Socks, make sure the product is well packaged and protected from damage during transportation.
Gifts can only be returned to the original purchaser.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Send an email to love@thewonderfulsocks.com with your request and order number.
At the end of the procedure we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
Contact a shipping service and send the parcel to The Wonderful Socks via del Sabbione 15 28100 Novara
Once your package has been received and checked by The Wonderful Socks return office, your refund or replacement of the product will be processed as soon as possible. We will refund your order using the same payment method you used to place your order.
All returned items must be in intact condition, as new, not washed and not worn.

All checkout prices includes Italian and European tax. All other prices are exclusive of local import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Orders for all the world are sent by express delivery, we are currently using: BRT, DPD, DHL, TNT

Our couriers guarantee the parcel delivery in 4 labour days. This is our standard. If there is any hitch we will be here to help you solve it as soon as possible. We can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.

Yes we do, according to the prices provided by the relevant courier companies.

You are allowed to change your mind. You may return your new and unused item in its full original packaging within 14 days.

If your product proves to be defective or you have used a product for a while and have warranty issues with the manufacturer, or if we have shipped the incorrect item to you, please contact us and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back.

Please, contact our customer service by mail before returning any items. Note that we may ask you to send us picture of the damaged or defective merchandise.

Put them in a wash bag, machine wash at 30 degree, don not bleach, do not iron, do not dry-clean and keep them together.

We design our socks to give your feet comfort and great flexibility. After a home wash they can appear to have shrunk because of the manufacturing process. Wearing them again they will make them return to their original shape.
