Soigneur stories. John-Lee Augustyn a hard glory

John-Lee rose to prominence in the cycling world as a young, preciously talented South African rider. He famously climbed the highest tarred road in Europe in first position in the 2008 Tour de France with the whose who of the peloton behind him. At the tender age of 21 he had the cycling world at his feet. But like his crash on the descent of Col de la Bonette his carer took a turn for the worse with injury and illness. His battle to come back from the brink and sign for Team SKY before going on to ride in some of the most prestigious stage and one day races in the world is now told in our new short documentary.
