The legendary Mont Aigoual and the Tour

Have you ever made the Tour du Mont Aigoual, into the France’s wild Massif Central. Epic. Nature is wild. Riding here is beautiful but hard. High climbs, dangerous descents and fast riding. It is a raw landscape where you have to hold your breathe constantly. No relief at the end of the climbs and the descends start immediatly going down deep and fast. Gorges are green and sky is over staring at the cyclists struggle.
The Mont Aigoual (elevation 1567m / 5141 ft) has been used only once by the Grand Boucle. In 1987 when Silvano Contini was was first corridor to reach the summit. This one of the most beautiful place where to ride.

And you what’s your favourite? Post a pic of your best place where to ride here!
